I created this community to connect with women who, like me, are finding their way through the tender, transformative waves of recovery.

My sobriety date is August 1, 2024 — a day that marked not just the end of drinking, but the beginning of a whole new way of living.

At 35, alcohol had stripped me bare — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I didn’t realize how disconnected I’d become until I finally stopped. What followed was a slow return to myself — one breath, one day, one truth at a time.

From that turning point, I stepped onto a new path. I’m now a graduate student working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with a focus on Substance Use Disorder. Alongside my studies, I built Revela as a space to share what I’ve learned, offer education and resources, and gather women who are walking this same beautiful, messy, miraculous journey of healing.

My hope is that you find here what I longed for in the beginning — connection, understanding, and the reminder that you are never alone, and it truly does get better… softer, brighter, and more alive than you can imagine.
